HMRC have published a new (albeit fairly basic) guide to tax liabilities for those selling online.
Examples used to illustrate the tax principles include:
- cash in the attic (selling unwanted items);
- selling home-made greetings cards;
- a model car collector; and
- importing cameras to sell.
