The Customs (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 2022 – SI 2022/1312

These regulations were made on 12 December and come into force on 3 January 2023. They make amendments to:

• the Customs (Import Duty) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 (SI 2018/1248); and
• the Customs (Special Procedures and Outward Processing) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 (SI 2018/1249).
