Beneficial loan arrangements – HMRC update actual official rate to 2.25%

HMRC have updated their guidance Rates and allowances: beneficial loan arrangements.

The average official rates have been updated to include tax years 2019 to 2020, 2020 to 2021, 2021 to 2022 and 2022 to 2023. The actual official rates have been updated to include 2.25% for 2023.
