Evaluation Framework – HMRC publish new version

27 May 2026

HMRC have published a new version of their Evaluation Framework.

“The Evaluation Framework sets out HMRC’s approach for achieving its vision of good quality monitoring and evaluation of interventions in line with cross-government good practice. Through this framework we will deliver proportionate and systematic evaluations, transparency in our evaluation decision-making and build a stronger evidence base.”
